The Piedmontese energy services company focuses on its core
business.
Ceresa has sold one of its areas of activity to concentrate on its
core business. The decision to sell the Hod (Home delivery office)
division, distributing purified water to offices and community centres,
underlies the strategy of Franco Ceresa, Piedmontese entrepreneur
and head of the Turin based Ceresa energy & facility. The buyer, Nestle
waters Italia, a subsidiary of the Swiss multinational, is the outright
leader in this market niche.
The Ceresa group has been operative since 1921 in energy services,
with a turnover of 30 million euro and 150 employees. The Group will
be investing increasingly, also through acquisitions, in heating services,
upgrading of plants and systems, sales of oil and gas products and
in the global management of buildings.
