to news Renewal of management contract, Teatro Sociale di Alba 20 February 2004 The municipal council of Alba has renewed Ceresa Energy & Facility's contract to perform maintenance on the technological plant at Teatro Sociale di Alba throughout 2004. Computerised energy services management 10 January 2004 The new computerised system for management of plants and energy services is now operational at Beinasco headquarters. With testing and data-entry completed on the new Termoprint software (September-December 2003), Ceresa Energy & Facility can now electronically access all data relating to heating plants operated by the company. The new platform conforms to the Ministerial Decree of 17 March 2003 (S.O.G.U. no. 86 of 12 April 2003) and contains: plant identification file, technical data on heating units, routine and unscheduled maintenance interventions, and combustion analysis results. The new system allows Ceresa's technicians not only to access historical archives of all maintenance interventions performed, but also to periodically compare, in real time, the thermal yield and economic performance of various plants, and to evaluate ways of improving energy efficiency where needed. Lubricating oils 20 November 2003 Ceresa Energy's range of petroleum products for both heating and transportation purposes has been extended to include a new series of lubricating oils for use in the following sectors: - automotive (petrol/diesel, gearbox and differential); - commercial transport, light and heavy; - agricultural machinery; - earth-moving equipment; - industrial (hydraulic circuits and control panels, general lubricants). The new products also include oils for metalworking (cutting and rectification) and spark erosion (dielectric oils) as well as grease products for every type of application.
