Planning
The different professional competencies of Ceresa’s experts are coordinated right from the planning stage into a single process which will guarantee a perfectly integrated final product.
Attention to the client’s needs, on-site inspections, tests, and feasibility studies form the basis for a careful plan aimed at reducing completion times and costs, while guaranteeing high quality standards.

Interaction
An extensive knowledge of environmental and technical norms forms the basis for a comprehensive planning consultancy, optimizing the interaction between different systems (thermal, electrical, lighting, plumbing, etc.) to achieve greater general efficiency and allow monitoring of the whole system through specific computer programs.

Control and maintenance
On a project’s completion, the project team continues working through the Centro di Governo (Operational Centre) for periodic inspection and maintenance of the installation, guaranteeing maximum performance and continuous technical upgrading.
