Operation and inspection All operations are performed by specialised technicians, ensuring constant peak performance of plant and building structures through periodic inspections of operative parameters. On-site control panels are also installed for remote monitoring of plants and preparation of consumption reports – a guarantee of constant operating standards and rapid intervention in case of malfunction. Maintenance The goal of the maintenance service is to prevent plant deterioration and rationalise work procedures, performing as many maintenance interventions as possible according to fixed cycles in order to: • maintain efficiency in all components of the building “shell”, infrastructure and plant for the entire normal life cycle; • minimise inconvenience to users and operators during programmed inspections and maintenance, or during improvements requested by the client; • minimise closure of parts of buildings or infrastructure during planned or corrective interventions due to malfunction or breakdown; • minimise emergency interventions; • prevent hazards to users, operators and workers during planned or emergency maintenance operations.
