The
information system operates through a central server located in the
administrative offices of Ceresa Facility, and is the main instrument
by which the “Centro di Governo” plans and checks ongoing work and
communicates to the client when agreed qualitative standards have
been reached.
The system is structured on different operative levels to manage data
and information of the three functional macro-areas: monitoring and
control, reporting, and client database.
Monitoring and control
The central server logs and constantly monitors data collected from
on-site control panels installed in buildings for remote operation.
System administrators can thus check plant functionality in real time,
and guarantee rapid maintenance interventions in case of malfunction.
In addition, by checking regularly compiled output figures, management
can intervene in the case of diseconomies or alterations in planned
consumption.
Reporting
The system provides a computerised documentation service and detailed
reporting to the client. The service is configured in “modules” which
are structured according to personalised parameters that can be consulted
through a simple web interface. The client thus has direct access
to all information relating to services and plants operated, interventions
performed, work progress, output and consumption statistics, and savings
achieved.
Client database
The client database is the electronic platform of administrative,
technical and accounting operations. The database contains personal,
contractual and commercial data for each client; plans of structures,
spaces and plants operated; records of interventions and maintenance
work performed; safety procedures and emergency plans; call reports;
management of warehouse and acquisitions, etc.
