What exactly is Ceresa Facility?
Ceresa Facility was created to manage all those activities linked to building use which are not part of the occupants’ core business: an innovative approach aimed at optimizing a building’s facilities by integrating all operative phases.

Ceresa is a reliable partner who can identify the optimal technical and operational solutions to achieve three main objectives: high standards of livability in residential and work spaces, low running expenses, and minimal environmental impact. With over eighty years of experience in providing services to buildings, Ceresa today is a point of reference for anyone needing to engineer, install and manage systems and services for buildings.

What is Ceresa Facility's “Centro di Governo”?
The Centro di Governo is an innovative form of building management, conceived as a way to follow up all the services related to buildings, spaces and people. Administration activities are concentrated in a single operator, so that the relationship with the client becomes a true partnership aimed at result sharing.

What are its objectives?
The objective of the Centro di Governo is to relieve the client of a multitude of non-core activities linked to building use, delegating these to a trusted outside partner who can guarantee high service and comfort standards based on a long-term plan previously drawn up with the client.

By establishing a steady collaboration with various services, with the consequent economies of scale, the Centro di Governo permits substantial savings when compared with a service using a sequential system based on allocating jobs to a number of individual companies operating in different sectors.

How are they managed?
The information system operates through a central server located in the administrative offices of Ceresa Facility, and is the main instrument by which the Centro di Governo plans and checks ongoing work and communicates to the client when agreed qualitative standards have been reached.

The system is structured on different operative levels to manage data and information of the three functional macro-areas: monitoring and control, reporting, and client database. See also: information_system.html

What types of controls do they undergo?
All operations are performed by specialised technicians, ensuring constant peak performance of plant and building structures through periodic inspections of operative parameters.

On-site control panels are also installed for remote monitoring of plants and preparation of consumption reports – a guarantee of constant operating standards and rapid intervention in case of malfunction.

How are assistance procedures organised?
The assistance procedures operate through a central Help Desk. The Help Desk is an advanced client service system, using highly qualified personnel and specialised computer support. The service is organised on two operative levels: providing information to clients, and handling intervention requests. See also: help_desk.html

What are “on-site control centres”?
In the case of buildings with particular uses or very large complexes, Ceresa Facility may install permanent on-site control centres. Every control centre is managed by one or more specialised technicians and is provided with a storage facility containing equipment and parts needed for maintenance.
