Following a long tradition
of continuous technological updating, in February 2003 Ceresa Energy
& Facility launched a medium-term research program on the applications
of hydrogen systems (fuel cells) for building use.
In collaboration with private companies, organizations and research
institutes, the program will entail the study and testing of products
and techniques expected to be on the market as soon as 2010.
Ceresa is thus preparing for what will become the energy revolution
of the 21st century, involving not just new ways of producing energy,
but a major transformation in all areas of the sector design,
production, distribution, management, and assistance.
This challenge may be the biggest ever faced by the company
the challenge of producing energy with "zero environmental impact".
